This Melbourne Cup, Mondrian Gold Coast brings a little Burleigh flair to race day.
Arrive to a Champagne Cocktail before settling in for a luxurious seated dining experience featuring Oscietra caviar, Wagyu tartare, freshly shucked oysters, Scotch fillet and WA lobster Wellington.
As the field lines up, head outdoors for live entertainment and dessert canapés, before the celebration continues into the afternoon at Pool Club.
A race day done the Mondrian way.
