Our seafood selection takes diners on a journey through Australia’s iconic coastlines, presenting the best of the regions stretching from Victoria to Far North Queensland. Straight from the trawler to seasonal stars, our seafood selection is deeply rooted in connections with local suppliers to provide the best of the best, seasonal and ethically sourced catch of the day. Our focus on Australia’s world-class sustainable seafood is central to Haven’s approach and takes pride of place on the menu. Dishes are changed daily to reflect which seasonal products are offered fresh to us from our dedicated suppliers.  

Diners can choose the way they enjoy seafood by selecting how they wish to have their catch prepared. From Zesti grilled to wood fired, fried, and steamed, diners can personalise their catch to their taste.

FAQ’S

  • Bookings for cabanas and daybeds are available via SevenRooms. For a seated dining or a bottle service experience in the Pool Club Lounge, reservations are also recommended.

  • Bookings for Haven Restaurant are recommended and are available via SevenRooms. Walk-ins are welcome, and bookings are not required for Haven Bar.

  • Outside guests are welcome at Haven Pool Club. Bookings for daybeds are required between 11:30am and 5:00pm. From 5:00pm onwards, access is open to all. You can book a daybed via SevenRooms

  • There is no cost to access the Pool Club Lounge. It cost $250 to rent a king daybed, with $150 of this cost available to spend on food and beverages.

  • Yes, you’re welcome to join us for drinks without a reservation.

  • You are welcome to join us at Haven Pool Club before or after your restaurant reservation.

  • Our cabanas accommodate groups of 6 to 8 guests and are available for 2.5 hour bookings, offered in two seatings each day. To secure your reservation, we require credit card details and a deposit of $50 per person.
     

    There is no minimum spend during the low season. However, a $150 minimum spend per person applies during the high season, from 15 December to 26 January. A towel and amenity fee of $10 per person also applies, though this will be waived if each guest meets a minimum spend of $100.
     

    Guests dining in our cabanas are required to dine from our signature set menu, with beverages available à la carte.
     

    We understand that plans can change and kindly ask that any cancellations be made at least 72 hours in advance. For late cancellations or no-shows, a $50 per person fee will be charged to the credit card on file.

  • Our day beds are ideal for groups of 2 to 4 guests and are available for 2.5-hour sessions. Choose between a midday session from 11:30am to 2:00pm, or an afternoon session from 2:15pm to 4:45pm.
     

    To secure your booking, we require credit card details and a $250 prepayment. This prepayment includes a $150 food and beverage credit, which can be used during your visit.
     

    Guests can order from our à la carte All-Day Menu via QR code for a seamless, relaxed experience poolside.

    We understand that plans may change, so we kindly ask that cancellations be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a $50 per person fee, charged to the credit card on file.

  • Yes, Haven offers various spaces for partial or full venue hire. Please contact our Sales Team via goldcoast.sales@mondrianhotels.com or 07 5508 0000 to enquire about a private event.
