From raw bar to woodfire, every menu celebrates the provenance, precision and playfulness of elevated coastal dining. Fresh seafood is hand-selected from the Eastern Seaboard and Northern NSW, and paddock fare is from the Brisbane Valley and beyond. Expect native ingredients, woodfire-kissed dishes and produce-led plates designed to be shared -relaxed, seasonal, and unmistakably Burleigh.
Agave pours are curated for the golden hour. Cocktails are familiar, yet refined, made to complement, never compete. Wines and Champagnes are sourced from icons and hidden gems, selected to match the mood, the menu and the moment.
EAT
Haven’s seafood honours Australia’s coastlines, curating the best from the cool waters of Victoria to the reef-rich north of Queensland. Each selection is sustainably sourced and seasonally led from trawler to table in partnership with producers who know the tides as well as they know the craft. This is seafood at its peak: sea-fresh, thoughtfully prepared, and served in its best light.
Menus shift daily to reflect what’s wild, in season, and arriving fresh to the kitchen - from shellfish to line-caught heroes and salt-kissed delicacies.
