HAVEN SIGNATURE CHRISTMAS MENU

Indulge in a menu that’s all about elegance and abundance.
Begin with a chilled seafood selection and follow with Haven classics like our house made brioche rolls and daily crudo. For the main event, enjoy Wagyu 7+ prime rib with black garlic jus and market fish with caramelised seaweed butter, complemented by festive sides. Of course, Christmas wouldn't be complete without a pavlova, crowned with seasonal fruit.

Enjoy a relaxed yet refined celebration with a menu that captures the essence of a coastal christmas.
Start the meal with a bowl of fresh prawns on ice with Marie-Rose sauce, vibrant crudités with taramasalata and bottarga, and the daily crudo finished with crispy capers and lemon oil.
Move on to Wagyu 7+ prime rib with black garlic jus and market fish with caramelised seaweed butter, served with festive sides including Brussels sprout slaw and Haven’s signature potato salad. A fruit-topped seasonal pavlova brings the meal a perfect finish.
